They were very nice and they talked and made me entertained and they make sure you can have one or two colors there are many colors to choose from you can do different designs they tell you stuff to not eat when you get you braces and at the beginning they tell you if your uncomfortable you can raise your hand and they will adjust at the end they give you a bag with information and it say’s you can download this app and once you leave they say have a good day and they say your a good patient
