The people are always so kind and welcoming. Everyone does an excellent job of making you feel comfortable. I always have a great experience. I recently went in for a consultation as an adult considering braces, and I was so impressed with the experience. The entire staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. What stood out most was that there was absolutely no pressure during the consultation — they took the time to answer all my questions and let me decide at my own pace. Because of how comfortable and supported I felt, I went through with getting braces, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Highly recommend!
