First adjustment and bottom brackets placed at my last appointment. Deann (Ortho Assistant) was super and very attentive to ensure there was no discomfort and answered all my questions. As an older adult going through this process, I realize I'm going to have more questions than your "typical" patients as my treatment proceeds.
